Disappointment hangs thick in the air of the Barrick household. Pinterest let me down. :-(
I tried a potato soup recipe that sounded delish, but alas, I ended up throwing it all out.
Matt was a sweetie about it tho, I was putting some things in the fridge, and he had taken his first bite, and I asked: How is it?
He said: It's good, just a little too onion-y
I took a bite...and promptly spit it back out.
That being said, If I had used the perfectly good recipe I already had for soup, we wouldn't be in this debacle.
So, tomorrow, I try again to satiate the potato soup craving that we have been having, since the onset of the winter weather.
